Stephen Yang, US registered Patent Agent, PhD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University, USA; MS in Mechanics from Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences; BS in Mechanics from University of Science and Technology of China. Before joining Ling and Yang Intellectual Property, Stephen worked for AFD China for 6 years on patent prosecutions and litigation management. Stephen has more than twenty years of experiences on enterprise software development and consulting: worked for Oracle USA for 7 years as enterprise architect and consultant; he also worked for Nextel communications, Verizon Communications and US Naval Research Laboratories.
